Katie Eckford is the North West Shoreline Management Plan (SMP) Coordinator and Coastal Group Partnership Coordinator. She plays a key role in supporting the implementation of long-term coastal policies and strengthening collaboration between local authorities and other stakeholders.
She supports strategic coastal planning, regional collaboration, and the development of adaptive approaches to managing coastal change.
